Lu Pace spirit award

Lu Pace Spirit Award - Established in 2009 for viejo’s # 1 fan

Sportsmanship, Enthusiasm, Teamwork and Passion – the Ideals of Lu Pace

Lu Pace began watching Viejo baseball in 1984 as she went to her Great Nephew’s games. With no kids of her own, she became attached to the hundreds of kids in Viejo Little League each and every year. She rooted for each and every team and player with no favorites – just Little League Baseball. Her Holy Water and Cow Bell became a trademark that will never be forgotten.
The Lu Pace award honors the Majors Viejo team that best exemplifies the ideals of Lu throughout the regular season – sportsmanship, enthusiasm, teamwork and passion.
